Khanna Residence
Residential
Architectural Rhythm
The Khanna Residence is defined by a rhythmic play of geometry that moves away from flat surfaces toward architectural depth. In the main lounge, a series of staggered, floor-to-ceiling arched panels in fluted oak and ribbed plaster creates a vertical heartbeat for the room. This backdrop anchors an expansive low-slung sectional in slate grey, allowing the furniture to feel grounded yet light.
The seating arrangement is broken by a pair of scoop-back club chairs in seafoam bouclé, their rounded wooden bases echoing the curves of the wall. In the dining transition, dusty rose velvet chairs with vertical channeling bring a soft, tactile warmth to the white marble surfaces, proving that large, open volumes can still feel intimate when balanced with the right textile weight.

Pigmented Utility
The kitchen and bedrooms shift to a more tonal, sensory experience. We moved away from the standard clinical palette, choosing shaker-style cabinetry in a soft desaturated clay pink with sharp black hardware and integrated tech. This softens the space into a bright, lived-in extension of the home.
The private suites embrace "quiet drama." One bedroom features a recessed tropical mural framed by a plaster arch, paired with a custom sinuous chaise in pebble-grey. The primary bath becomes a high-contrast retreat, with a monolithic white tub resting on river stones against obsidian-black fluted tiles. Raw textures meet refined silhouettes, creating intentional character rather than mere decoration.
